AI 학습 데이터 활용 동의 (AI Data Usage Consent) 회원이 서비스 이용 과정에서 생성한 데이터(게시글, 텍스트, 이미지 등)는 익명화 처리 후 인공지능(AI) 학습 데이터로 활용될 수 있습니다. User-generated content (posts, text, images, etc.) may be anonymized and used as AI training data to improve the service experience and model performance. 6. 동의 거부권 및 불이익 (Refusal of Consent) 이용자는 개인정보 제공에 동의하지 않을 수 있으나, 이 경우 일부 서비스 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다. UNILINK 이용약관 (Terms of Service) 제1조 (목적) 이 약관은 **주식회사 이안커넥트(이하 “회사”)**가 운영하는 유니링크(UNILINK) 서비스를 이용함에 있어 회사와 이용자 간의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다. Article 3 (Effect and Amendment) These Terms take effect upon being posted on the service page. The Company may revise these Terms in compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Article 5 (Provision and Modification of Services) The Company provides various services such as networking for foreign students, event and festival applications, job matching, and community activities. The Company may modify the service content for technical or operational reasons. 제6조 (AI 학습 데이터 활용) 회사는 서비스 이용 중 생성되는 텍스트, 이미지, 게시글, 입력 정보 등을 비식별화된 형태로 인공지능(AI) 학습 데이터로 활용할 수 있습니다. 해당 데이터는 개인을 식별할 수 없는 상태로 처리되며, 서비스 품질 개선 및 맞춤형 기능 제공을 위한 분석 목적으로 사용됩니다. 이용자가 서비스를 계속 이용하는 경우, AI 학습 데이터 활용에 동의한 것으로 간주합니다. Article 6 (Use of Data for AI Learning) The Company may use anonymized user-generated data (texts, images, posts, and inputs) as AI training data for service improvement. Such data is processed to ensure that individuals cannot be identified and is used solely for analysis and enhancement of service quality. Article 9 (Disclaimer) The Company shall not be liable for damages resulting from force majeure, network failures, or system errors beyond its control. 제10조 (준거법 및 관할) 본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, 분쟁 발생 시 회사 본점 소재지 관할 법원을 제1심 법원으로 합니다.
